The future is not discovered by accident. It is coached, supported and given a clear route forward.
Mamelodi Sundowns Soccer Schools were launched with Global Soccer Schools International to give young players a structured introduction to football and a visible pathway into the club’s elite youth system.
Designed for boys and girls from four to fifteen years old, the programme combines the standards of an elite African club with a grassroots model built around accessible, high-quality coaching.

More than a training session
The programme measures progress beyond professional contracts. Football becomes a platform for confidence, discipline, teamwork, healthy living and positive social values—qualities that matter on the pitch and in the communities the schools serve.
A route into the badge
The wider Sundowns development structure has already produced players such as Malibongwe Khoza and Sundowns Ladies defender Munashe Mugwara. The Soccer Schools bring the first step in that journey closer to more families while protecting a consistent football philosophy.

The next expansion
The network plans to grow through new locations, school partnerships, coaching workshops and talent-identification events. A first CSI Soccer School model is also planned to expand access to quality football development in underserved communities.
The objective is deliberately broader than producing the next professional: it is also about how many young people are given the confidence and opportunity to fall in love with the game.
